• Handling devices with sterilized gloves.
• Sanitizing every device before and after repair.
• Keeping our door open to minimize contact or sanitizing the handle in cold weather after every customer.
• The store is configured with designated seating and standing zones measured to 6ft apart.
For safe service we are also:
• Offering a designated drop-off box outside our door. Simply ring the bell for our attention and place your device inside. Personnel will retrieve the device, and facilitate repair. When you return, ring the bell and assume a safe distance while we retrieve your device.
For payment, we can email you an invoice payable on your device with card or Apple Pay.
• Offering same day mail-in repair, simply mail the device with your contact info enclosed.
• Offering curbside pickup and drop-off, just call us when you are here and we will retrieve your device.
